Hi, I’m Jo! I’m a mom to 4 energetic and amazing kids. I started this blog as a way to share my love of cooking and running. The mission of this blog is to help you survive the race of life by sharing healthy recipes, running tips, and posts on how to parent with intention.
When I became a mom, I quickly realized it’s so easy to get lost in the everyday activities and passively let life slip by. I’ve since learned it’s important to have a plan and be deliberate with eating, exercising, and parenting. Life can be so crazy and sometimes it feels like running a marathon, but we can all survive and love this race of life!
